Regarding the subject project scope, does this project intend to add a new story on top of the existing structure, or an on-grade addition? Scope excerpt below for reference.

**Response:** Yes, the intent of this project is to add an additional story to the existing structure, Building 5, as indicated in the first sub-paragraph of paragraph 2 Statement of Work in the A/E Design Scope of Work. After reviewing the RFQ and SOW, we think an RCDD might be beneficial to the design for this project. Would the VA consider adding RCDD to the required disciplines or allow firms to include additional un-listed resumes?
