## Description

The intent of the project is to construct a new, 15,000 gross square foot (GSF) optometric facility at the William Jennings Bryan Dorn VA Medical Center located in Columbia, SC. This project will address the needs of VA patients and employees with a building that is tailored to the functional and operational needs of the Optometry and Ophthalmology departments.

This project will include but is not limited to new construction, HVAC, utility work, interior finishes, utility coordination, site work, underground storm water detention, asbestos and lead survey and abatement, and communication utility work inside an active hospital. **PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS SOLICITATION HAS BEEN CANCELLED AS OF 9.16.24 @ 4:04 PM EST.
