All Media Composer workstation hardware and software configurations must be vetted and approved by Avid for use with the VA-owned Media Central system. The VA will transfer the Media Composer software licenses from the existing workstations to these new workstations. All socio-economic groups (small and large businesses) are encouraged to respond to this request. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) anticipated for this requirement is 334111. The size standard for this NAICS code is 1,250 employees. Interested parties shall have a current Systems for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) active registration. The registration shall be kept active throughout the contract's life if issued. SAM registrations shall incorporate the representations and certifications of the company identifying the NAICS of 334111. At this time, we only need to know if your firm can perform the work as described in the SOW, your DUNS or UEID number, and if you need any points of clarification on the description of work. All responses must come with Letters Of Authorization (LOA) from all Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM). This is to meet the requirements on Gray Market Items.
