ADMINISTRATIVE: The solicitation will be issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP) conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 15, 19, and 36 and will be evaluated in accordance with the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures listed in the solicitation IAW with FAR 15.101-2. The solicitation will be advertised as a tiered set-aside based on market research and previous acquisition history. IAW with VAAR 815.101.370 (c) (3), the Contracting Officer has determined the subject solicitation will include the SDVOSB, VOSB, small and large or other than small business tiers in descending order of precedence.
