ITEM This notice serves as the synopsis of the proposed contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.204 and FAR 5.201. The solicitation will be issued as a brand name or equal Request for Quotes (RFQ) set-aside 100% for Small Business (SB) concerns conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.
