The 3rd and 4th floor interstitials will also be expanded to match the new clinical space footprint along with mechanical penthouse above at the Orlando VAMC Lake Nona campus. ADMINISTRATIVE: The solicitation will be issued as a Invitation for Bid (IFB) conducted in accordance with FAR Part 14 and will be evaluated in accordance with the procedures listed in the solicitation.
