## Description

**Scope of Amendment:** The purpose of Amendment 005 to RFP 36C77623R0138 is to provide an updated copy of Specifications Section 23 31 00 HVAC DUCTS AND CASINGS, as Attachment 17, which was provided by the A/E in response to technical question number 39. The Amendment also provides the most up to date version of Davis-Bacon wage rates for Johnson County, Iowa, in the form of Attachment 6 Updates 02122024 Davis Bacon Wage Rates Johnson County.

Additional clarification has been added to Attachment 12 Technical Questions and Answers regarding the Bid Alternates, and the requirement to use Attachment 11 Division Breakdown Pricing Sheet remains, as stated in response to Technical question 35. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
