The purpose of this amended notice is to announce that the VA will not be making an award under Pre-Solicitation/Request for Proposal number 36C776-23-R-0119. This action for the 35% AE Design services for the New Orleans VA Medical Center Radiation/Oncology is hereby cancelled. Since final selection was not made, there will be no post-award debriefs.
