## Description

SPECIAL NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT'S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15, intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Chapman Management Group, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), in accordance with 38 U.S.C. § 8127 and VAAR 852.819-7008.

The requirement is for temporary emergency cooling support, including the provision of an air chiller, at the Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) in Tucson, Arizona. Immediate cooling is necessary to protect personnel, equipment, and pharmaceutical products at the facility. These services are critical to maintaining CMOP operations and ensuring the continued daily mission of timely and reliable prescriptions to Veterans.
