The reason justifying this sole source procurement is that KNAPP is the only manufacturer that can repair, service, diagnose, and troubleshoot its own proprietary pharmaceutical dispensing equipment and is also the only entity that is able to provide repair parts, repairs, and these services without voiding any warranties.
