This Notice is to announce that the Department of Veteran Affairs, National Consolidated Mail-Out Pharmacy(CMOP) office, is proposing to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Sole Source contract, IAW 41 U.S. Code 3304(a)(1), with Paragon Technologies, Inc, for the technical support of the A-frame DispensSImatic software. This is a Base Year plus Four (4) Year Option.

This technical support includes maintenance, analysis, and 24/7 consultation for four CMOP facilities located in Chelmsford, MA, Tucson, AZ, Murfreesboro, TN, and Hines, IL on matters relating to the operation of the DispenSImatic A-Frame systems and all related peripherals and operational procedures. The A-Frame systems run the proprietary DispenSImatic software that integrates with each CMOP s current production software.
