## Description

Amendment 0003 to RFQ 36C26326Q0609. This Amendment makes a correction to the VA Limitations on Subcontracting Clause attached. This Amendment 0003 removes the VA Limitations on Subcontracting attachment that was issued with the original RFQ and replaces it with the one attached. See (a)(1)(i) on the new one - the box for Services is now UNCHECKED and the box for Special Trade contractors at (a)(1)(iii) is CHECKED. This amendment also changes the close date of the RFQ. The new close date is:

Offers shall be received no later than: 12:00 PM CST Friday May 15, 2026. See attached amendment 0003 and new VA Limitations on Subcontracting Clause.
