## Description

Amendment 0001 Questions and answers RFQ for audio booth for the Burlington, Iowa VA Medical Center. See statement of work in RFQ. This is a Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The time of submission of offer, the offeror shall have an active registration on SAM.gov. All offerors shall fill out the certificate of compliance for limitations on subcontracting at C.4 and return with the quote. Failure to sign the Limitations of Subcontracting and Buy American Certificate will result in quote being unresponsive.
