The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to remove existing flooring and install new resilient flooring and base in occupied healthcare facilities with minimal disruption, improving durability, infection control, safety, and maintainability. Work shall comply with FAR, VAAR, VA, ICRA standards, and SCVAHCS requirements. The Period of Performance will be 395 days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This is a new requirement and there is no existing or historical procurement information relative to this requirement.
