Work includes, but is not limited to: Demolition and removal of items noted in the Contract Documents including but not limited to existing transformers and concrete as required. Contractor shall remove from the VA site and dispose of all equipment and materials not scheduled to be reused. No asbestos and/or lead finds are anticipated.
