Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 3 of 3 Presolicitation Notice *=Required Field Presolicitation Notice Page 1 of 3 Network Contracting Office 23 (NCO 23) intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ), 36C26325Q1104, to establish a five (5) year Ground Ambulance Service contract for VA Fargo Health Care System, North Dakota.

This firm-fixed-price solicitation is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and the corresponding NAICS Code is 621910. Offerors are to follow the instructions in the Request for Quote (RFQ) document 36C26325Q1104. An itemized quote as well as sufficient technical support documentation is mandatory. It is in the best interest of the vendor to read the solicitation in its entirety.
