NCO 23 Contracting has a requirement for: Steris Equipment Maintenance single award IDIQ contract. This solicitation is:

A total Small Business set aside FAR 13.5 procedures Comparative evaluation - See FAR 52.212-2 for details FOR CONSIDERATION ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE RECEIVED 72 HOURS BEFORE DATE STIPULATED IN BLOCK 8 OF THE SF1449 FORM. EMAIL ALL QUESTIONS AND RESPONSES TO JOSHUA.IMDACHA@VA.GOV SIGN SF1449 AND RETURN ALL PAGES WITH OFFER SUBMISSION ALL OFFERS SHALL BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY VIA EMAIL Please review FAR provision 52.212-1 addendum for the documentation required to be included in proposals.

Offeror shall provide the following in their proposal: 1.Signed SF 1449 2.Completed D.1 36C26325Q1054 Line Items. 3.Signed SF30s for any amendments issued 4.Confirmation from OEM that your company is an authorized provider and can provide preventive and corrective maintenance to the equipment listed in the section B.2 Statement of Work. 5.Documentation supporting your company can perform the required services stated in section B.2 Statement of Work.
