Page 2 of 2 In accordance with (IAW) FAR 5.101 this notice is to advise the public that the VHA s Network Contracting Office 23 awarded a proposed contract action exceeding $25,000.00 for the VA Fargo Health Care System to have a Chiller maintenance and service contract. Only one (1) responsible source IAW procedures prescribed in FAR 8.405-6. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes.
