## Description

NCO 23 Contracting has a requirement for Annunciator Upgrade For Emergency Generators for the SFVAHCS. Per 52.212-1 Addendum on page 37 these documents were required to be provided with your proposal: 1. Signed SF 1449 2. Completed price schedule for all LINS. 3. Signed SF30s for any amendments issued 4. Descriptive literature if brand name or equal 5. Documentation of factory certified service/maintenance training on the specific equipment under the terms of this solicitation.

6. Letter of authorization from OEM in accordance with VAAR 852.212-71 Gray Market and Counterfeit Items -This authorization letter must be from the OEM to your company not a subcontractor. 7. Completed 52.225-4 BUY AMERICAN FREE TRADE AGREEMENTS ISRAELI TRADE ACT CERTIFICATE (NOV 2023) ALTERNATE II (JAN 2025)
