## Description

This is a request for information only and it is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS code 339113. NAICS Code 339113 Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. See the Statement of work excerpt below.

**General Equipment Name:**

**Xcellerate Description:** Lyophilized Amniotic Membrane. Used for closure of chronic and surgical wounds, such as diabetic foot ulcers, venous leg ulcers, pressure wounds, and remodeling of surgical/reconstructive wounds. Salient Characteristics (at least 5), The item must: be/ have/ do these things: Must be opaque. Must be flexible. Must have outer basement membrane. Must be made of an extracellular matrix. Must not require hydration. Must provide optimal preservation of ECM.
