VA requires Nuclear Medicine Information System (NMIS) Network Software to track radiopharmaceutical doses, store patient information, and calculate radiopharmaceutical doses for each patient based on their body weight and other factors, monitor and record health physics procedures including surveys, instruments, and sealed sources, and ensure regulatory compliance. In accordance with 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b) - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements because the software and/or services are unique to e2 Software Solutions. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541512, Computer Systems Design Services and the product service code (PSC) is 7A21, IT and Telecom - business application software (perpetual license software). While this synopsis does not constitute a solicitation, interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the requirement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Government understands that ec2 Software Solutions is the only vendor that can provide the requested services.
