## Description

This solicitation is to provide a motorized weight cart for the Black Hills VA Healthcare System in accordance to the Statement of Work and Salient Characteristics. See Attachment for Details. Prior to submitting a quote, please review all documentation within. Review and follow INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERS in clause 52.212-1 Addendum. Please complete the Buy America Certificate, if applicable, under FAR Provision 52.212-3(f).
