An IFB solicitation is planned to be issued on or about August 8, 2025, with an award date within 90 calendar days from bid opening date. The contractor for this project shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, etc. necessary to complete Fargo Veterans Affairs (VA) Health Care System construction project 437-CIS-241, Perform Site Prep for SPS Equipment in accordance with the Scope of Work (SOW), the contract documents, National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA), local building codes, VA and American Society of Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) facility standards, and other applicable requirements.
