The required lease will meet the detailed requirements as posted in the sources sought dated and titled, 16 May 2024 X1AA Looking to Lease: Minot Vet Center Superseding Lease With Expansion. NAICS code 531120 applies to this procurement.

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. In accordance with GSAR 570.402, use of the sole source authority is appropriate where it is determined that award to any other offeror would result in substantial duplication of costs to the Government that are not expected to be recovered through competition. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals.
