The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. This procurement is an unrestricted procurement. Prospective offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov at the time of submission of their offer. Quotes will only be accepted from responsible contractors. The NAICS code for the solicitation is 621111 with a size standard of $16.0 million. A list of the contract line items, quantities, and units of measure are listed within the attached solicitation documentation. The VA anticipates one fixed-price indefinite delivery contract award for all resources and labor necessary for the on-call interventional cardiology services for the Minneapolis VA Health Care System located at One Veterans Drive, Minneapolis, MN 55417. The period of performance is expected to be 03/01/2025 to 02/28/2030.
