## Description

**RFQ 36C36324Q1129 Amendment 0001 Questions and Answers:** First bullet point: it must come with 5 2D data matrix readers for code verification? The x5 2D data matrix readers are something that we currently have currently so brand name equal equipment would have to come with readers that are compatible with existing equipment.

The last bullet point is asking for a 3 year service contract inclusive of all repairs and a loaner? a. The three year service contract agreement is a typical industry standard for this equipment. All responses will be evaluated to ensure they are compliant with industry standards. Please ask the contract POC why these line items aren't included in the price quote section? Where do we account for these in our price quote? Salient characteristics are used for reference only.

Pricing shall be indicated on the cost schedule, fully inclusive of specifications offered. Offeror should include technical descriptions, manuals or catalogs describing brand name or equal items offered. The BNOE Laser Marking equipment must be compatible with the Censitrac Instrument tracking system software that is currently owned by the VA.
