Confirm if the intent of this project is to provide staffing that will be directed by EMS personnel or if the intent is to provide personnel to achieve all the requirements outlined in the SOW at the frequency intervals stated. Yes it is to provide staffing according to EVS supervisors and EVS leads, which will in turn meet the requirements of the SOW. 18. If it is the intent to achieve the requirement outlined, the staffing levels shown (39 people) will be insufficient for the listed work at the stated intervals. 39 is a sufficient number along with 1 supervisor. In the past we did it with 3 less people ( 37 people and 3 supervisors) and everything was met. 19.
