At this time, offerors are directed to include the construction of temporary Mechanical Room and Office Barrier Walls (wood or steel frame) as depicted in the Drawings and Photos Attachment. These will be constructed to wall off door entrances to the Mechanical Room and offices as depicted on the drawing. It is possible that this requirement may be de-scoped if alternate office space can be secured for employees who work in these offices.
