Market research revealed that Lumenis Inc. is the proprietary developer and sole service provider for the Lumenis SLT Laser system currently being utilized by Fargo VA Health Care System. They have no authorized distributors who they certify to provide repairs, maintenance and support. Lumenis Inc. does not support the work performed by other firms, or provide warranty on parts installed by other firms. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this service is 811210 (Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance) and the Product Service Code (PSC) is J066 (Maint/repair/Rebuild of equipment Instruments and Laboratory Equipment).
