Market research revealed that Preferred Electric Inc is a local contractor and was the first available vendor with the ability to complete the repairs quickly. Additionally Preferred Electric Inc is also a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 238990 and the service code is R425 . While this synopsis does not constitute a solicitation, interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the requirement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
