This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a Request for Quote (RFQ) is being requested. Solicitation Number: 36C26324Q0870. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024 dated 5/22/2024. This is an unrestricted solicitation meaning all business size may respond. At the time of submission of offer and prior to award, the offeror shall be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) reflecting 621511 Medical Laboratories. The PSC Code is Q301 Medical-Laboratory Testing. The VA anticipates the award of one (1) Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDC) for STAT Referral Laboratory Testing and Consultation Services to support the Minneapolis MN VA Health Care System located at One Veteran Drive, Minneapolis MN 55414. See Performance Work Statement and Price/Cost Schedule for specific requirements and qualifications. The period of performance is from September 1, 2024, to August 31, 2029.
