## Description

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION/ SOURCES SOUGHT This is a sources sought notice only and it is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS code 339112. Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. See the statement of work excerpt below; The VA Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care System, 4101 Woolworth Ave, Omaha, NE 68105-3601 requires the following:

Two each, Traction Table and Traction units for use within the Physical Therapy Department that meet the following criteria; Performance Specifications Traction Unit Operating System No fewer than 10 system protocols. Capable of customizing treatment parameters to suit each individual patient. Allows for future software upgrades. Tension parameters up to 200lb. Not to weight more than 30lbs Display Graphic feedback in real-time. Touchscreen controls.

Safter patient interrupt switch Traction Table Construction 4 sections Lumbar section capable of gliding without friction. Capacity no less than 400 pounds. Adjustability Height table surface electronically adjustable to a height of no less than 18 inches Alignment table sections electronically adjustable to an angle of no less than 90 degrees. Control handswitch controls. Mobility lockable caster wheels. Accessories all necessary accessories to allow: Traction therapy to the lumbar and cervical spine.
