## Description

The Omaha, NE VAHCS requires the following items. 626-002 Midmark Barrier-Free Exam Chair 630-010 Midmark Barrier-Free Procedure Chair All items will be delivered via truck with lift gate. Vendor shall unload, unbox, and deliver chairs to their respective rooms. Vendor required to perform a final check of the equipment once placed in the clinic.
