The VA requires software that can monitor and publish data required and is compatible with all makes and models of panic buttons already installed throughout the VA Facility in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b) - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Service Will Satisfy Agency Requirements because the software and services are unique to the All-State Communication. Market research revealed that All State Communication is the developer and distributor for the software currently being sought by VA. Additionally All State Communication is the only manufacturer that can provide the required equipment and software to fulfil this requirement. The software system is routinely used by VA to provide facility services for veterans in the VA Healthcare System. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 238210 and the service code is N063. While this synopsis does not constitute a solicitation, interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the requirement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Government understands that All State Communication is the only vendor that can provide the requested software.
