This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a Request for Quote (RFQ) is being requested. Solicitation Number: 36C26324Q0426 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024 dated 11/14/2023 This is an unrestricted solicitation meaning all business size may respond. At the time of submission of offer and prior to award, the offeror shall be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) reflecting 621511 Medical Laboratories. The PSC Code is Q301 Medical-Laboratory Testing. The VA anticipates the award of one (1) Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDC) for Anatomic Pathology Reference Laboratory Services to support the Fargo ND VA Health Care System located at 2101 Elm Street North, Fargo ND 58102. See Performance Work Statement and Price/Cost Schedule for specific requirements and qualifications. The period of performance is from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2029. The contract is required to provide the following services: (See statement of work in solicitation document) Solicitation Questions.
