## Description

**Award Notice for Project Number:** 636-24-306 HVAC Summer Season Prep. Contractor shall provide all tools, materials, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary in accordance with the construction documents for completion of the project. The purpose of this project is to install 3rd Floor Mechanical Space Exhaust Fans with Exterior Wall Vent Shrouds. The Contractor shall provide Minimum 10-Tons Mechanical Space Cooling and provide 6000CFM Duct Fans in the Ambulatory Care Center. In addition, Contractor shall replace Blood Lab Split Units with Minimum 5-Ton Split Units, replace five control valves located in Room B024 and replace two condenser pumps located in Room B024 with like size.
