## Description

**Award Notice for Project Number:** 438-24-201 Install Laundry Natural Gas Line.

Contractor shall provide all necessary construction services to install a natural gas line into the laundry building at the Sioux Falls VA Heath Care System (SFVAHCS) Medical Center (VAMC), at 2501 W 22nd St, Sioux Falls, SD 57105. Construction services include, but are not limited to, survey, site excavation, trenching, pipe installation, pipe testing, backfilling, concrete & pavement, wall covering and protection, and asbestos remediation.

The contractor will be required to provide all tools, materials, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary to complete the project in accordance with the drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
