This requirement includes the purchase of mock survey tool software for the Veterans Integrated Service Networks (VISN) 5 headquartered at 300 Oceangate Ste. 700, Building 149, Long Beach, CA 90802. The mock survey tool platform will be utilized by trained staff to create customized reports, including the Joint Commission Health Accreditation Body s SAFER Matrix, by assessing data from multiple sources, including Accreditation Manager Plus, self-collected tracer data, Requirements for Improvement (RFIs) and data from Joint Commission surveys, and findings from the Tracers with the AMP mock survey add-on module. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 813920 with the size standard of $23.5 million. The applicable Product Service Code is R420.
