**Request for Quotation (RFQ):**

**Brand Name Only Title:** 10X Genomics for the purchase of Visium HD kit to perform spatial Single-Cell RNA Sequencing. The purpose of this RFQ is to seek proposals from qualified sources under NAICS code 325413 for Genomics Reagents. Responses to this RFQ will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. One-time purchase of 10X Genomics Visium HD kit in support of Dr. Philip Scumpia’s VA research study. 10X Genomics (Contractor) shall provide:

**Reagents and Consumables:** 1001040 Visium HD, Mouse Transcriptome, 11 mm, 8 rxns x 1 1000940 Visium CytAssist Alignment Aid Kit, 11 mm x 1 Please submit the following documents in PDF format; Quote, Letter of Authorization from the manufacture, and note that all products are to be U.S.-made or designated country end products as defined in 52.225-5 Trade Agreements. Contractor shall provide the following information along with Authorized Distributor letter if not the Manufacturer.
