## Description

**Project Title:** Procurement of Pure-Processing Inspection HDMI Control Module and Inspection Scopes for Raymond G. Murphy VA Medical Center, Albuquerque, NM The purpose of this RFQ is to seek quotes from qualified sources under NAICS code 339113 for HDMI Control Module and Inspection Scopes. Responses to this RFQ will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Required Items – Brand Name Only.

The supplier shall provide the following Pure-Processing brand name items only (no substitutes or "equal" products will be accepted. The proposed action is for a firm-fixed price contract. The Government contemplates issuing one (1) solicitation for the equipment(s) needed to be provided to the following facilities: Albuquerque VA Healthcare System Contractor shall provide the following information along with Authorized Distributor letter:
