## Description

The Purpose of this Amendment is to answer a question regarding a class waiver and to update the solicitation which includes the class waiver reference.

**Question:** The Contractor will supply the product of a small business manufacturer or processor, unless a waiver of this requirement has been granted by the SBA?

**Answer:** SBA class waiver for NAICS 334510 (posted in the Federal Register on 12/20/2007 under Register Notice number 72 FedReg 72433) covers both the ultrasound system and the components for the Siemens Ultrasound System fall under medical ultrasound equipment and accessories. These fall under NAICS Code 334510.
