This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.  This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 / 03/13/2026.  The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 532490, with a small business size standard of $40.0 Million Dollars.  The Network Contracting Office 7 is seeking to Mailroom Equipment Services for the San Diego VA Medical Center located in San Diego, California.  All questions regarding this RFQ must be in writing and may be sent by e mail to Charity.Cazee@va.gov.

Questions must be received no later than March 20, 2026, at 12AM PST (Pacific Time). No further questions will be accepted after that date and time.  All offers must be in writing and may be sent by e mail to Charity.Cazee@va.gov. All questions and concerns regarding this RFQ shall be directed to the Contracting Officer.  SCHEDULE: The SDVAMC is seeking a hardware and software solutions to improve mailing and reproduction operations, streamline and improve outgoing mail, letters, and communications to patient veterans.

The reduction and cost recovery of any returned mail and patient communications originating from the VA San Diego Healthcare System. See the attached Statement of Work for further details.
