## Description

This is a requirement for Fresh Produce Contract in accordance With (IAW) B.2 and B.3 The contractor shall show clear, and compelling evidence the meet all requirements of this solicitation. This solicitation is Small Business set-aside, open market. This contract type will be an IDIQ - FFP. Award will be made IAW ADDENDUM to FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES, a FAR 52.212-2 EVALUATION-COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES.

ALL quotes must be received by Friday, March 6, 2026, 10:00 AM PST. Reference E.2 for detailed offer submission instruction. Any quotes received from a contractor that is not eligible Small business concern will be deemed non-responsive and will Not be evaluated. There is no NMR Class Waiver under NAICS 311991.
