## Description

Solicitation/RFQ 36C26226Q0334 is hereby amended by Amendment 0003 as follows:

Delete the line item: Remove line item – Quadramet from the schedule.

**Update Period of Performance:** Revise B.2 Statement of Work to reflect that the Period of Performance (PoP) is now Base year plus Two option years. The updated PoP dates are reflected in the revised spreadsheet B.2 Price Cost Schedule – UPDATED v.3. Submission requirement: All previous submissions are hereby rendered invalid.

Interested contractors must submit a new quote that incorporates these changes and acknowledges receipt of amendment 0003. Contractors remain responsible for ensuring all calculations are accurate and maintaining the correct excel form. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect. See attached document: B.3 Price Cost Schedule - UPDATED v.3.
