This service is designed to optimize the reliability and efficiency of the equipment and provide possible indications of excessive wear and damage to systems before a catastrophic failure occurs. Required services are to be completed annually for PMIs and as needed for any repairs. The expected performance period is a base year of twelve (12) months with two (2) option years thereafter.
