It has been determined that the VELYS Robotic-Automated Knee Replacement System is exclusively produced by Depuy Synthes Sales Inc. no other vendor can offer this item. This device is only compatible with the current with the existing Depuy Attune Knee System currently on hand, as they only function with the requested items. This will proceed as a sole source award in accordance with (IAW) FAR 13.5 and in conjunction with FAR 6.302-1.
