**NOTE:** This RFQ replaces RFQ 36C26225Q1247. The prior solicitation has been cancelled due to changes in scope and acquisition strategy. This is a new open market RFQ without SDVOSB set-aside. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) has a BRAND NAME ONLY requirement to upgrade San Diego VA Healthcare System’s (SDVAHCS) Philips Healthcare PIIC iX Patient Monitoring System to Rev 4. The Vendor shall provide all labor, supervision, and transportation required to upgrade Philips Healthcare PIIC iX patient monitoring system to REV 4. Deliver by 60 Calendar Days after Receipt of Order (ARO).
