## Description

The amendment 0002 against Solicitation/RFQ# is issued 1. To answer the following contractor’s questions:

**Contractor’s Question:** Please confirm the configuration of requesting deliverables as it seems inaccurate.

**VA’s Response:** Requesting item description and quantities listed under A.1 are accurate. The nursing service will utilize and customize the carts as needed; not all carts will have the same configurations. Contractors must provide a quote that reflects the quantity listed under A.1. 2. To extend the offer due date through 8/4/2025 10am Pacific Local Time. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
