## Description

Medical Gases and monitoring/alarm system service and repair for Veteran Administration at WLAVA, Sepulveda and LAAC locations.

**Background:** The VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHCS) requires qualified personnel to provide medical gas services, which include medical air, oxygen, dental air, operating room nitrogen, medical vacuum, monitoring and alarm system for these critical medical gases, at the West Los Angeles Medical Center (WLA VAMC), the Sepulveda Ambulatory Care Center (SACC), and the West Los Angeles Ambulatory Care Center (WLA ACC).

The services shall comply with this Statement of Work (SOW), all VA, local, state, and Federal policies, and regulations.

Objective The objective of this service contract is to have a contractor to all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, parts, software (needed for the general operation of the equipment), travel, and qualified personnel to provide medical gas services, which include medical air, oxygen, dental air, operating room nitrogen, medical vacuum, monitoring and alarm system for these critical medical gases, as per below scope.

**Scope:** The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, parts, software (needed for the general operation of the equipment), travel, ICRA Barriers, supervisors, and qualified personnel to accomplish the tasks outlined in this SOW. Contractor is responsible for all subcontractors required to complete reports.
