## Description

Due to a sewage drain line leak behind the wall, the floor and wall were damaged by filthy black water. To prevent mold from setting in and the strong stench of sewage smell affecting patient care, including all employees working there, Contractor will do emergency repair and remediation of rooms 4126-1 (Bed 18), 4145-1 (MDS Coordinator Office), and Hallway in the Community Living Center/Palliative.
